What is the warranty?
If your sheath fails, we will repair it or replace it. This applies to the original owner for as long as we are in business. If you modify your sheath, misuse it, or do something that would obviously damage it, we will not cover that. In the event we discontinue the model that you bought, we will offer you store credit toward a different product of your choosing.
What is the return policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund of the product price so long as we receive it within 30 days of when it arrived at your door. The sheath must be in original condition with no scratches, scuffs, etc. that would make it anything less than new.
Are Durasheath knife sheaths compatible with multiple knives?
Our knife sheaths are meant specifically to be used with the intended counterpart knife. This is because we engineer the fit to be exacting to the dimensions of any given blade. Using a different knife than intended will simply not work because the shape is different. Furthermore, such use could be dangerous or cause damage to the user, the knife, or the sheath.
What shipping method is the "Free Shipping"?
It will typically be USPS Ground Advantage, but if other methods are cheaper based upon your location, we would go with the cheaper method. You will always get notified with a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number once we send your package.
How soon will my order ship?
Lead times are listed on the purchase page for any given product. If you already ordered and are not sure of your specific lead time, just Contact Us and we will be happy to let you know.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Our website is currently only configured to accept USA orders. If you are wanting to make a purchase from outside the USA, please contact us and we will research your specific country to see if it is feasible to ship to you. In our current times, it has become increasingly complex to ship internationally because of so many regulations, taxes, and various compliance mandates. We hope this is something we can offer in the future and would welcome your inquiry.
Can you make me a custom sheath?
Sorry but we do not offer custom work or modifications. We put extensive time into the prototyping process to arrive at the highest quality sheath for any given knife model that we support. Our approach does not lend itself to making "one-at-a-time" sheaths for any random knife. As time goes on, we will be expanding our product line more and would love suggestions about what knives we should support in the future. Please Contact Us if you have ideas!
What do the numbers and letters mean on my sheath?
These are model numbers and batch ID numbers. We keep track of this because if you ever need support or replacement parts in the future, we will know exactly how to help.
